I went to the neurologist today. Not only am I getting an epidural injection next week, I have a tumor in my back.
I don't know if I need surgery or not. It's benign and all, and we're not sure if it's affecting my back pain.

I have new pain meds that made it possible for me to swim today, which was nice. Because of my injury I haven't been able to. I'm actually coaching a freshman. She improved a lot, even today. I can't wait to keep working with her.

On top of the stress of worrying about my back, I've fallen behind in school. And my teachers act like it's my fault. They're giving me a ton of shit about being absent a lot. I am SO close to just snapping and telling them that I'm in a lot of fucking pain, and if they have a problem with it, they can just shove it up their asses.

All of this stress is making my back worse. Are there any ways to help relieve some of it?

scream in a closet. It is known for it to relieve some stress. get all your anger out. . Don't do harmful things to your body, like cutting yourself. Which is a very stupid thing to do, in my opinion. Get enough sleep. What i usually do, is I go into my bathtub, put in steaming hot water, put some bubbles in it, breath deeply, put some classical music on, and read and relax. Or drink some herbal tea, or if you dont fancy that, just do regular hot tea(if possible, put a couple teaspoons of honey into it). Try to relax. and try to eliminate a couple of unnessecary things you really dont have to do to delete some of your stress.

Um no, it doesn't. Give me one reputable, respected source that outright says that marijuana erases brain cells, please. Actually, the neurogenesis effect that marijuana gives the user is a positive one and heavily outweighs the negatives - if there are any.

Gaelic, just do something lax that you enjoy. Try drawing, organizing your music library, watching funny movies, etc.
